Patrick grew up in the flooring business and started out his career as a flooring installer for 10 years and the warehouse manager for 5 years. He took over the company in 1998. Patrick feels that buying flooring is an experience and he strives to educate the customers in all aspects of their flooring projects. He has expertise in both commercial and residential flooring projects. In his free time, Patrick enjoys being involved in the lives of his 5 sons, their families, and his grandchildren.
Co-Owner
Curt has been in the flooring industry for 29 years. He has been with the Schneider Company since 2004. Curt specializes in working with builders and remodelers on extensive renovation projects. He is married and has 3 daughters. In his free time Curt enjoys boating, fishing, and woodworking.
Commercial Expert
Pat has been involved in the flooring industry for 28 years. He has been with Schneider Company for 13 years. Pat specializes in both large and small commercial projects. His joys include his 5 beautiful granddaughters. Pat’s hobbies include drinking coffee and raking leaves.
Co-Owner
Jared was raised in the St. Paul area and has worked in the family business since he was a teenager. He has been on board as an estimator/project manager for over seven years and is now the 4th generation of the Schneider family to own the business. In his free time Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Project Manager
Andy has 27 years in the floor covering industry. He spent 20 years as a self-employed tile installer. Andy specializes in both residential and commercial tile. He has been a part of the Schneider Company since 2012. Andy is married and has four children and two cats.

Mike has been in the flooring industry for 18 years. He has expertise in both residential and commercial flooring. He has been with Schneider Companyfor 2.5 years. Mike has four boys and enjoys coaching in year-round athletic programs.
